These Terms of Service govern your use of Roo Games, operated by Roo Games Australia Pty Ltd. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or entering any Roo Games draw, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old and a permanent Australian resident to use Roo Games. Some draws exclude residents of South Australia or other jurisdictions where local regulation requires it — any exclusions will be shown on the relevant draw page. You are responsible for ensuring it is legal for you to participate.
Roo Games is a trade promotion lottery service. You purchase a membership in our rewards club, and the entries into our promotional draws are provided as a complimentary bonus of that membership — you are not paying for the entries themselves. Winners are chosen by a certified random number generator and draws are conducted under valid trade promotion permits issued by Australian state regulators.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you create an account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your password secure. You may not create more than one account per person, share an account, or transfer an account to another person.
Memberships are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the rate shown on the Membership page. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. You may cancel at any time from Profile → Membership → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; there are no refunds for the current period, but already-issued free entries remain valid until the draws they are entered into are held.
Free promotional entries are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash outside the prize draw, and expire if unused by the closing date of the draw they are allocated to. Entries obtained by fraud, bot activity, duplicate accounts or any breach of these Terms will be disqualified.
Prize values are shown in Australian dollars and may include both cash and physical items. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer to an Australian bank account in the winner's name. Physical prizes are delivered by insured courier within Australia only. Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before a prize is released. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn in accordance with our permit conditions.
You agree not to use Roo Games to break the law, infringe the rights of others, upload malicious code, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, abuse our staff, or engage in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, with or without notice, and to withhold entries or prizes connected to that account.
You may cancel your Roo Games membership at any time from Profile → Membership → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and there are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
All content on Roo Games — text, graphics, logos, videos, software — is owned by Roo Games Australia Pty Ltd or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialise our content without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roo Games Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Roo Games after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Roo Games submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales to resolve any dispute under these Terms.
